International Relations Office Set Goals for Next Study Year15.06.2015

On June 10th, the International Office of TTK UAS organized an event called International Morning Coffee to speak about the achievements of last year and the goals for 2015/16. In 2014/15, 48 students used Erasmus+ program to study or train abroad. The most popular destinations for  students were Germany, Finland, Denmark and Portugal. Next year, also 48 outgoing student mobilities are planned. The goal is to send 2% of students to study or train abroad.

In 2014/15, bilateral agreements were signed with 10 new partner universities in 3 new countries: Croatia, the Netherlands and Spain. In the next study year, the cooperation possibilities reach even outside the borders of Europe – to Israel and Thailand in the framework of the new Erasmus+ activity called International Credit Mobility.

Next year, there will be 28 incoming students for fall semester at TTK UAS from Lithuania, Germany, Finland, Hungary, Turkey, etc. The fall semester begins with the Welcome Week to international students, organized together with partner universities Estonian Academy of Security Sciences and Tallinn Health Care College. In November, International Week will also take place in the three partner universities in Tallinn.
