Covid-19 information

TTK University of Applied Sciences (TTK UAS) relies on the instructions of the Government of the Republic of Estonia on the prevention of the spreading of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, the recommendations of the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research, and on the guidelines of the Estonian Health Board.

Our intention is to ensure the health safety of all people at TTK UAS and the organization of work and studies as normal as possible with a purpose of avoiding the total transference to distance learning while being prepared for more flexible study forms in the event of the increase of infection risk.

To minimize the infection risk and prevent the spreading of the virus, it is important to:

  • keep good hand and respiratory hygiene;
  • keep close contacts to a minimum;
  • stay at home in case of symptoms or close contacts;
  • use self-protection equipment (masks, visors);
  • inform TTK UAS of the positive result of COVID-19 test or close contact with a COVID-19 positive person.

The use of self-protection equipment at TTK UAS’ premises is highly recommended. Students have to take masks with them and be prepared to use them in case dispersion in the classroom/lab is not possible. There is a vending machine for masks installed on the ground floor of TTK UAS’ main building. The body temperature of all people entering the university’s premises will be automatically measured.
