DIGAR – Estonian National Library digitized archive provides access to newspapers, magazines, e-books, maps, notes, photographs, postcards, posters, illustrations, audio books, and music files. You can register as a DIGAR user with your e-mail address or Facebook, Google+, Twitter account, or the National Library of Estonia username and password.

DIGAR Estonian Articles – The aim of this collection is to provide a web portal for all digitally created or digitised newspapers, journals, and other serials that are published abroad in Estonian or here in Estonia and make them accessible. You can just browse the collection or search articles by content, read the full texts, make notes, compile a bibliographic index, and send the lists to your e-mail account, share information through social networks and a lot more.

Digital Collection of TUT Library – Web-based access to textbooks, teaching materials and e-versions of doctoral theses. The digital collection has mostly free access, but due to the request of the author there are  some restrictions.

Dspace – University of Tartu digitized archive allows free access to various e-textbooks, e-learning materials and theses.

EBSCOhost – premium online information resources (includes full text books and journals). Ask for username and password from library. EBSCOhost Tutorials.

Emerald Engineering eJournals Collection – A collection of high quality, peer reviewed journals. Access only in TTK UASL network. More information about collection.

ERB – Registers Estonian items that are published in all languages abroad and in Estonia. Contains works of Estonian authors and their translations. The database includes books, periodicals, maps, music sheets, video recordings, albums, pamphlets and e-resources.

Estonian Centre for Standardisation – Accessible in TTK  UASL network with password and username. Standards can not be downloaded or printed. User guide.

ISE –  Index Scriptorium Estoniae (ISE) contains Estonian articles from newspapers, journals, serial publications and anthologies and collections, allowing the full-text to be accessed in free digital archives and web publications. User guide. Starting from 1.01.2017 the database is updated selectively.

National Library of Estonia Search Portal – Search e-resources from one or more databases simultaneously. Register as a National Library of Estonia reader, this provides access with Estonian ID-card or mobile-ID to many databases of e-books and e-journals.

  • Sage Premier – Contains full text articles from more than 820 business, humanitarian, social sciences and natural sciences, technology and medical journals.

ProQuest Ebook Central Academic Complete Collection – Wide collection of academic e-books. Account creation only possible in TTK network (provides access elsewhere). Reading ebooks online, limited copying with citation and chapter downloads are possible without account in TTK network.
