TTK University of Applied Sciences (TTK UAS) is a state professional higher education institution, offering competitive professional higher education and applied research in the fields of technology, production, civil engineering, logistics, economics, and welfare. TTK UAS is the largest university of applied sciences in Estonia, currently educating about 3000 students which makes TTK UAS the fourth largest higher education institution in Estonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TTK UAS offers 20 professional higher education study programmes<\/a> on the bachelor level in daily and block model formats in six institutes<\/a>. The language of instruction is Estonian and the study programmes include logistics and transport, environmental economy and technology, robotics, automotive engineering, mechanics, electrical engineering, civil engineering, and architecture, etc. Study module<\/a> in English is available for Erasmus+ exchange students from TTK UAS\u2019 partner universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the fall of 2019, TTK UAS has operated in two locations, in Tallinn and in M\u00f5driku in L\u00e4\u00e4ne-Viru County following a merger with the former L\u00e4\u00e4ne-Viru College which now forms the Institute of Service Economy of TTK UAS. The addition of the institute broadened the educational offer to the fields of business administration, information management, and social work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TTK UAS offers applied research, training, and consultation services to enterprises and public sector. Cooperation with enterprises contributes to understanding better the labour market and being more attractive to both degree students and life-long learners. TTK UAS takes into account the changed profile of learners in today\u2019s society and combines distance learning with traditional classroom training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TTK University of Applied Sciences is a member of the Estonian Rectors\u2019 Conference of Universities of Applied Sciences<\/a> (RCUAS) and contributes actively to high-level international networks EURASHE<\/a> (European Association of Institutions in Higher Education) and UAS4EUROPE<\/a> (Universities of Applied Sciences for Europe). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

TTK UAS also belongs to the ARTEMIS Alliance of European universities<\/a> that aims to develop and implement deep, long-term, systemic and sustainable institutional cooperation between eight interdisciplinary Higher Education Institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, TTK University of Applied Sciences is a member of Pact for Skills<\/a>, a flagship actions of the European Skills Agenda, aiming to support public and private organisations with upskilling and reskilling, so they can thrive through green and digital transitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
