At the seminar, we will introduce the L\u00d5IM materials collection for the first time. The collection features more than 30 documented materials that respond to their surroundings, conduct electricity, react to heat or moisture, and can be integrated into textile applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Textiles are in direct contact with the human body throughout the day, making them a natural platform for adding new functionalities \u2013 from sensing and responding to the environment to providing feedback to the wearer. Estonia\u2019s textile and clothing industry already has strong manufacturing expertise.
