TTK UAS welcomed Erasmus students

This weekend was dedicated to welcome new Erasmus students who will study at TTK University of Applied Sciences this spring semester.

On Saturday, the students were welcomed at the main building of TTK UAS by staff and tutors who showed the foreign students around the facilities and classrooms where they will start studying this semester. Afterward, TTK UAS graduate Made Kastevic, representing the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) talked vividly about their plans for foreign students in the following months.

After a nourishing lunch break, the Erasmus students went on a guided tour in the Old Town of Tallinn gaining new information about its history and sights. For the evening, the tutors had organized an entertaining adventure game in the city centre where the guest students had to complete different amusing tasks.

Sunday was spent in fresh air to let the foreign. Experienced guide Olle Ticshler took the group on a nature hike to Pääsküla bog where the youngsters were introduced to the plants and natural forms of a bog.

Altogether, 29 exchange students from different parts of Europe like Germany, France, Spain, Greece, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, will study in TTK UAS in the next months. The Institutes welcoming most students this spring semester are the Institute of Architecture and the Institute of Technology.
