On Wednesday, 1 April, the largest annual logistics event – Logistics Seminar 2026 – will take place for the 27th time, organised by students of the Institute of Logistics at TTK University of Applied Sciences. The seminar, held at T1 Venue event centre, will focus on logistics efficiency and error-free process management.
According to Kirke Williamson, Director of the Institute of Logistics at TTK University of Applied Sciences, events like this play a crucial role. “The Logistics Seminar brings together students, companies and lecturers, creating an environment where valuable contacts, internship opportunities and a clear understanding of industry expectations emerge. This, in turn, creates an effective pathway from education to the labour market,” Williamson explained.
“Each year, the seminar focuses on a relevant topic and, through practitioners, discussions and workshops, brings real-world challenges to students, helping them understand where the field is actually heading,” she added.
Held continuously since 2000, the seminar offers practical knowledge, discussions and opportunities to interact with industry experts. The diverse programme includes a wide range of inspiring speakers, hands-on workshops and an exhibition area. Several panel discussions will also take place throughout the day, addressing future trends in logistics.
Speakers at the seminar include Gea Gross, Chairman of the Management Board and Head of Trade at OG Elektra; Major Marek Vainumäe, Head of the Logistics School; Eero Pärgmäe, Member of the Management Board of Tallinn Airport; Guldar Kivro, Head of Maritime Operations at TS Laevad, and many other experts in the field.
This year’s main sponsor of the seminar is OG Elektra.
