The 31st EURASHE Annual Conference ‘Next Generation PHE: Skills relevance, Inclusion, Digitalisation, Innovation’, took place on 23-24 May 2022 in Brussels.
TTK University of Applied Sciences took part in the conference with three presentations:
- Olga Ovtserenko, Agu Eensaar “Interactive learning tools used in the education process”
- Ada Traumann, Evelin Vaab “The Application of Industry 4.0 to the Curriculum of Fashion Engineering Using the Minifactory Laboratory”
- Anne Uukkivi, Oksana Labanova “Involving students in an online course on engineering mathematics”
For the first time in the conference history, the best presentations were selected. The recognition was given in four categories: innovation, innovation, inclusion, digitalisation, and skills relevance.
The presentation “Involving students in an online course on engineering mathematics” by TTK UAS lecturers Anne Uukkivi and Oksana Labanova was declared the winner of the last category. The presentation gave an overview of an online 3 ECTS engineering mathematics course that was created as a result of EngiMath project. The curse is available in seven languages, and includes interactive materials. The model applied to create it can be used for creating other STEM courses. The course is available here.
