The Scientific and Development Council (Teadus- ja Arendusnõukogu, TAN) was established in 2001 to co-ordinate the applied research being carried out at our TTK/UAS. The Council has worked out the developmental trends and action programme for the TTK/UAS. The Council publishes "Transactions of TTK/UAS" ("Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkooli toimetised") applied scientific research papers in the collection of our lecturers and students.
