The institute offers studies in Applied Architecture.
The students and teachers of the Institute of Architecture are actively taking part in Tallinn Architecture Biennal and exhibitions and events organized by the Union of Estonian Architects. Every spring, the town observation practice takes second-year students abroad to sketch architecture pearls from outside Estonia.
The institute has also got its own library, rich in specialty literature.

The language of instruction of all curricula at TTK UAS is Estonian.
Courses in English are available for Erasmus+ exchange students from TTK UAS partner universities.
